Various improvements to the district have been discussed over the past several years, and the East 10th Street Civic Association is preparing a plan designed to foster a thriving neighborhood business district. Your participation is important as the final design plan will be used to initiate district improvements and inform ongoing economic development opportunities along East 10th Street.
